Albert Garcia is a Long Beach local. He grew up in Los Altos and eventually attended Woodrow Wilson High School where he excelled as a nationally ranked aquatic athlete. and was nationally ranked in both. While in high school, Albert was a 4-time Southern Section CIF DI Water Polo Champion and All American. During his legacy at Wilson, Albert’s was honored as a three Moore League Swimmer of the Year and National Merit scholar. In 2018, Albert was inducted into the Long Beach Wilson Athletic Hall of Fame for his accomplishments.
After high school, Albert attended the University of California, Los Angeles on an athletic scholarship. There, he was a two-time National Champion and All American. Upon graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in History, Albert continued water polo career with the USA National team, New York Athletic Club and multiple professional clubs in Spain.
Upon returning to the United States, Albert began coaching water polo. To this day, he loves the opportunity to have a positive impact on youth through athletics, just as his coaches and mentors have done for him. After 10 years of coaching and 1000s of lives touched, Albert needed to make a change, and Real Estate was his calling.
Albert grew up with one of the best real estate mentors in town, his mom. Maria Garcia who has over 25 years of successful real estate experience in Los Angeles and Orange County. Albert is passionate about helping individuals and families realize their home ownership dreams! Albert Garcia takes tremendous pride in being a Realtor. To him, being a Realtor is “about much more than buying and selling property, it’s about helping individuals and families take that next major step in their lives” (Garcia).
